    90-Day Return for Credit:

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 90 days of the original purchase date for store credit.

    30-Day Return for Full Refund:

    For a full refund, products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt.

    Exclusions:

    We do not accept returns on used products, unless they are defective.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Defective or Damaged Products:

    If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on returning the item and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement or refund.

    Pack the product securely, including a copy of the original receipt.

    Ship or drop off the return package to Ari + Blair Salon - Kensington 300-1110 Kensington RD NW

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or issue store credit accordingly. Refunds will be made to the original payment method via Squarespace.
