We appreciate your purchase of our salon hair products. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every product. Please review our return policy below:
90-Day Return for Credit:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 90 days of the original purchase date for store credit.
30-Day Return for Full Refund:
For a full refund, products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Exclusions:
We do not accept returns on used products, unless they are defective.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on returning the item and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement or refund.

Pack the product securely, including a copy of the original receipt.
Ship or drop off the return package to Ari + Blair Salon - Kensington 300-1110 Kensington RD NW
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or issue store credit accordingly. Refunds will be made to the original payment method via Squarespace.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products, unless they are defective.
